Conclusion

As presented in the cases of the Iranian Students Association, the Jewish Students Association, the Chinese Students Association, and the Black Student Union, the student involvement of these international and minority student groups were under the dual influence of their cultural identity and contemporary events. These student groups have played a huge part in shaping student life at Hopkins throughout the years they were active in expressing their ideas and reaching out to the general student body. Following their efforts, Hopkins has continues to thrive with rich diversity and the strong dynamism these student groups fostered.
